HI, LOVES

I am a practicing creative art therapist, artist and art educator who holds an MPS in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, as well as an ATR (Registered Art Therapist) by the Art Therapy Credentials Board, Inc. and LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) in Washington state.

If you have an idea of what you’d like to work on, feel free to bring art materials, otherwise I will get you started!

Ages 12+. RSVP: liftholdheal@gmail.com Cost: $50pp via Venmo @liftholdheal.

Ongoing Offerings:

Personal almost-daily art-making, card pulls and morning pages (i.e. stream of conscious journalling) for healthy expression, release, and to raise self/other-awareness.
