Individual Art Therapy Session (50-minutes):
$140/50-minute session via Telehealth or $150/50-minute session in-person. Private office located in Redmond, WA.
All minors (under 18 years of age) must provide a signed release form from legal guardian(s), as well as participate in complimentary 15-minute consultation with therapist and legal guardian(s) to identify goals and safety plan prior to initial therapy session.
Payment is due no later than 24 hours post each session.
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before start-time of session via email or phone and confirmation from therapist must be received by client. For cancellation after 48 hour window, full session payment is due from client.
Payment is accepted via Venmo or credit/debit card through SimplePractice. Insurance is not currently accepted.
Telehealth sessions are conducted on HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform.
