In 2005, I moved from my home state of Pennsylvania to New York City to pursue a Bachelors of Art (BA) in Studio Art from the City College of New York (CCNY). Throughout the past 15 years, I assumed many roles in art and museum education at institutions such as the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art and Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). My art-making practice has evolved from simple projects to meaningful processes. Incorporating meditation, writing and what I call “unintentional collaboration,” I hope the viewer will have an experience while looking at my work similar to the one I gained while creating.

In 2020, after graduating from The Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY, I made a pandemic move from the east coast to Seattle, WA where I now reside. I currently hold a Masters of Professional Studies (MPS) in Art Therapy and Creativity Development, as well as ATR (Registered Art Therapist) and LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) in Washington state.
